JOB OPPORTUNITY: ACA Business Operations Analyst

Location: Alpharetta, GA. Duties: Analyze payroll & benefits data from multiple carriers & sources to identify trends, increase internal efficiencies, forecast time & scheduling requirements. Communicate findings w/ Management & IT department to oversee the development & application of internal processes & system improvements based on findings. Work w/ clients & external partners to identify inefficiencies in on-boarding of data into the system, & create solutions which benefit the business & client, to increase client integration & satisfaction. Work w/ internal account managers to understand current data practices & processes which can be improved. Apply critical reasoning & operational analysis to create new & more efficient practices. Communicate new practices to staff & monitor their effectiveness. Analyze system data & identify KPIs relevant to overall performance of the business. Oversee the creation of scheduled system reports which communicate these KPIs. Analyze these reports & communicate findings to management to ensure the business meets the identified benchmarks. Requires: Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration & 2 yrs experience in the job offered, as a Business Operations Analyst, Business Development Manager, or in a closely related occupation. Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include 2 yrs prior experience in analyzing ACA requirements, creation & development of industry specific software, & preparation of Data models.
